The following terms & conditions are agreed without prejudice between the company & Customer

Banur Pollution Check Centre, NH-64, Near Power Station, Banur, District SAS Nagar, Punjab 140601

• This AMC contract shall provide calibrations certificate as per calibration procedure.
• The company shall provide Calibration certificate every quarter.
• Company shall train operators of PUC test agency as and when required.
• Company will charge on annual basis based on charges approved and finalized as per ARAI, Pune.
• Servicing will be done at customer’s premises or nearest service station of the company.
• Charges of spares will be extra (if AMC signed is ‘without spares’)
• VKARE Retail Ventures Pvt Ltd is authorized to withdraw this scheme at any time without any notice.
• Scheme is only applicable if 100% payment is received
• All disputes are subjected to SAS Nagar jurisdiction.
• Subject to realization of payment.
• The contract is valid only for the equipment above listed installed at the above-mentioned address and cannot be transferred to any other equipment or location.
• The customer is responsible for day-to-day operation of equipment, keeping it dust free and carrying out routine maintenance as specified in manual.
• Printer & PC will not come under the preview of AMC.
